OIL-STOP : patent pending device for Lift maintenance:
OIL-STOP is composed by:
- Plastic tank container the absorbent cartrige (figure 1)
- Replaceble absorbent cartrige "wool felt" (figure 2)
- Fixation matallic "zinc steel"spring (figure 3)
How to install:
OIL-STOP must be fixed at the base of each T-RAIL section guide (car lift and balance weight) by a metallic spring. The cartrige can be easily removed and substituted extracting from container by means of a dedicated string.
Available also for hydraulic elevators system
It include the specific exhausted oil filter and you can install it in the same way.
A sticker is provided together with this device. It must be attached in the lift car to indicate the presence of this ECOLOGICAL system.
OIL-STOP system collects and absorb superfluous lubrificant oil elevator guide rails, preventing the oil from accumulating in the elevator's pit. OIL-STOP tank can contain up to ½ liter of oil.
